Alison Ospina Commisioned to Represent Ireland

In 2004, when the Dutch were taking over the presidency of the EU, each member country was asked to provide the Bar Europa, Justus Lipsius Building in Brussels, with a chair to represent their country. 

Alison was commissioned by the Crafts Council of Ireland to make a chair for Ireland. Each chair has a plaque with the makers name and the country it represents.

Green Wood Chairs opens New Studio/Showroom

Alison Ospina has opened a new studio/showroom to complement the Green Wood Chairs workshop. Visitors are welcome to view her collection of chairs for sale or to commission a special piece, to be made to order.
