Making Chairs makes people smile ....
Our beginners courses in chair making allow those with little or no woodwork experience to create a unique piece of furniture. A perfect balance is achieved when both chairmaker and tree can be seen in the finished piece.
Part of the pleasure comes from working with fresh, aromatic, yielding green wood and part of it is sitting in that chair ever afterwards and saying "I made this".
Chair making courses are conducted over 3 days at a cost of €550. However a more simple structure (stool, table) can be completed in a 1 day course at a cost of €185. To download an application form please click the appropriate link below:
